QUESTION

Also utilising the pi to control audio and lighting

As my username suggests, I am a total amateur at the moment, but I have a cool idea for a project to help me learn. My coding skills are at the level I can sort of pick through, and find bits I need to edit, but can't write it from scratch. I'm good at trial and error lol.

I am building a desk to house my pc components, and want to build a small(ish) touch screen monitor into it. To do exactly what your monitoring software does, but also control RGB lights, case fans(of which there will be many), water cooling system and audio. All controlled via the pi, and customisable on a desktop app.

I imagine having the pi connected to a sound card, fan controller and an RGB controller etc….

Is there a way to have the screen display everything your software does, but maybe have an extra widget/button to link to the RGB controller, or access the sound/volume settings on the sound card etc...

All controlled via touch screen sliders or something to that effect.

Forgive me if this is an eye rolling question
