Allow the users to control rounding settings

Sometimes it is important to see values that are not rounded-off to the nearest whole number, for example, CPU or GPU Core voltages. It would be good to allow an option to display decimals for users, much like how HWInfo64 does it.

A work-round in HWInfo64 exists, so I guess this is not a high-priority item, but a nice to have.

Example work-around in HWInfo64 for GPU Core Voltage:

Right click GPU core voltage → customize values → multiply by 1000, then customize the Unit → mV

Hey @ben,

thanks for your suggestion! As you already mentioned there is this workaround that kinda does what you want, but we're already planning a feature like that.

As we have also stated in this topic we want to have a transformer and maybe even be able to calculate values (i.e. adding multiple values) as well. Since this is a low priority don't expect it soon, but it's on our list!
