App MoBro v0.0.20 - MoBro Service Not Working

Hello guys, 

today I just installed mobro app downloading from web and executing with admin privileges, I got mobro service always marked as uninistalled, and clicking on install, start, restart give no results.

In my task Manager I can see a service called MoBro Background Service running.

Many tentatives to Install by cmd line/executing service installer exe from the folder User/username/appdata/roaming/modo-data/service with no result.

Surfing from the browser to localhost result in no any connection, so nothing to see.

The only strange thing to me is: if I stop the running service, and I execute the mobro.service.exe, in cmd line I see that it stuck to a certain point.

Made several restart, uninistalls and clean installs, also removed antivirus to be sure, I really don't know what to do more than that, looking forward for your help.
