I've been really happy with the Modbros and my Windows setup however I would like to be able to utilize the Modbros with Unraid. Has anyone been able to get this to work in a docker?

unfortunately that won't be possible, as it's not possible to run Windows based docker containers on a Linux host
And MoBro is currently only supported on Windows and does not run on Linux. We do have future Linux support in mind (e.g. when choosing libraries and frameworks we're using), but its currently not the main focus and we're also not actively working on it (for now).
