Pi 4 looping at Mobro splash screen

for some reason my Pi 4 keeps rebooting at the MoBros splash screen
Have tried re downloading image, different micro sd cards and same problem each time
Any ideas??

are you seeing a little yellow lightning bolt in the top right corner?
what kind of power supply are you using for the Raspberry Pi?
I have the same issue. Stuck in a bootloop with only the logo showing.
Using a Pi4b 4Gb
no Lightning Bolt on mine
tried several different power supplies, including power from a pc PSU which should be capable of 5amps
tried multiple sd cards
tried different cables for power
before i rewrote the sd card it was running raspberry pi os with touchscreen working fine
