Successful connection to desktop application, then blank screen.

We are setting up our MoBro application for our Raspberry Pi. Everything went fine initially, it connected to the hotspot, all of the configuration was successful, it connected to the Wifi just fine. But, after connecting to the Wifi, it asked us to install the desktop app as it could not find any application. We installed the desktop app and it said connection to it was successful. After it connected, however, it only shows a blank, gray screen and nothing else. We tried installing the raspberry pi image but it only tells us that the “disc image file is corrupted”. Could you walk us through the next steps to displaying the software on the raspberry pi?

which Raspberry Pi model are you using?
so it switches from ‘connection successful’ to a blank gray screen, right? does anything happen after that or is it just stuck there?
also what exactly do you mean by you tried to install the Raspberry Pi image?
you having gone through the configuration on the Raspberry Pi and the blank screen you're describing implies that you already flashed the image to your Pi successfully. Or am i missing something?
