Temp from HWInfo64 includes Å when displaying in C

Any temperature reading from HWInfo64 displayed with Å on both desktop and mobile.

I fixed it by changing windows locale to UTF-8

Control Panel → Clock and Region → Region → Administrative (tab) → Change system locale → mark the UTF-8 checkbox.
