Unable to find PC

Windows 10 connected via ethernet.
Note 10 connected via wifi.
Phone is unable to locate PC. Network name is the same, I also tried different network names.
Inbound & Outbound rules are installed.
I added MoBro to the firewall exceptions.

I have just installed the Android app and it connects fine for me.
It looks like you may not have configured your Windows firewall exception correctly.
Did you manually add the MoBro executable to the allowed apps in Windows firewall?
Yeah I added the apps to the firewall manually when nothing else works. It connects when I turn off my windows firewall.
