When booting ModBros image, it gets in an eternal loop of booting, trying to connnect to internet for a while, then rebooting again.

Like the title says. I have a wireless dongle plugged in that I already know works with plug-and-play. It's just not connecting. It'll display the correct screen for a while before rebooting. I don't know what to do. Please help!

Which Raspberry Pi model and dongle are you using?

Also did it open the configuration hotspot and then fails to connect to your wifi network after you configured it? Or does it not open the hotspot?

I am using Raspberry Pi 4 model B, and a TP-Link model TL-WN725N. It never creates the hotspot, just tries for a while.

The Raspberry Pi 4 already has wifi built in. So there is no need to plug in an external wireless adapter.

Could you please try without the adapter to see if it works?
