Geeekpi 5inch 800x480 screen - cant get it working

Hi guys,

I had a Geeekpi 5inch screen for the Pi 3b laying around.
I bought this last year to monitor my PC temperatures.

I came across this a few weeks ago, and started right away, super cool!!

But.....I can't seem to get a picture on my screen.

The pi is found in the Desktop App.
Tried several displays in the config wizard, but the screen remains blank.

What am i doing wrong?
Would love to see this work, but it i just dont get it.

Try adding this code to your config.txt:

framebuffer_width=800
framebuffer_height=480
hdmi_force_hotplug=1
hdmi_group=2
hdmi_mode=87
hdmi_cvt  800  480  60  6  0  0  0

and if that is not enough, try also adding this:

dtoverlay=vc4-kms-v3d

To bad, it doenst seem to work.
Added both the config option to the config.txt, but still no display.

Also it doenst hold the edit i did.
So every time i edit config.txt, save, reboot…. and its gone.
