Sensor data from Aida64 not detected

Hello, everyone,

I have a strange problem with the integration of aida64.
It has always worked for at least 6 months but now, if I look in the settings of the desktop application, I get the error "sources are missing" (see screenshot below).

I could not get it to work at all.
The curious thing is that nothing has changed, no windows or driver updates have been made. It simply stopped working.

The 'Enable shared memory' in aida64 is active (screenshot below is in italian, the first one is the  'Enable shared memory').

I have already tried:

  • Reboot (obviously)
  • Checking for updates to aida or moBro (both already at the latest version)
  • Uninstall and reinstall aida and moBro (also using revo unistaller)
  • Delete temporary files

None of these tests solved the problem and I don't know what else to try.

My version of Windows 11 is as follows:

Any advice?

Thanks in advance!

bruh same for me. It started happening to me a couple of weeks ago. Try restarting your pc a bunch of times and you might notice that it works intermittently….

Yeah we've noticed this as well.

As it looks right now, there seems to be an issue with the way Aida64 is determining the External IP Address of the PC.
Some raw HTML error content is written to the shared memory file and consequently MoBro fails to parse that file.

You can “fix” this for now by just disabling the “External IP Address” value in the settings.

Hi Seraksab,

a few minutes ago it fixed itself... I don't know what it was.
If it happens again this option will be the first thing I will try to change.

Thanks anyway for your time and reply!
